Staff are always so nice here its definitely the best place in Colchester, treatments are always done to perfection and I always leave feel relaxed and totally pampered
Wow... today I had a massage, it was amazing! Very relaxing, I thoroughly enjoyed every minute and it certainly will not be my last. All staff are very welcoming and polite, I look forward to my next treatment x
On the of chance I popped in to see if they could squeeze me in for a underarm wax, very kind and the young lady did so. My Waxing was most un-comfortable as well as the wax very hot she continued to go over the same area flicking the wax strip causing the area to become very sore and red and the next day bruised. Not happy and will not be returning again. Shame...
Excellent customer care and the staff are professional in there treatments which were carried out to a high standard of treatments. I have visited both Colchester and Clacton and must admit. They are both amazing in there own ways.
