Avoid at any cost. They just looking how to take advantage of people situation, massively overpricing jobs. Had estimate for replacing vw Passat back bumper for just under 2000(and that might be not the end price). On estimate they state that it will be needed over 50 hours to prepare parts to be painted and paint (all parts brand new ready to be painted with very little preparation). They put parts on estimate which they dont even know if they need to be replaced (parking sensors) and so on. Their estimate was taken to vw main dealer and it was confirmed that its well overpriced. Therefore job wasnt given to them.People who have no idea about these works PLEASE DO CHECK WITH OTHER GARAGE BEFORE YOU LEAVE YOUR CAR AT BALGORES THEY WILL ROB YOU!!!Also Mr. Gary Cater is completely unprofessional in dealing with the clients. Had to go through 3 people at the office to get his attitude under control and get some real answers.Worst experience ever.
From my first phone call with them to collecting my car they were all amazing at balgores!!! Gary especially was so helpful. Brilliant garage, wonderful staff and an excellent and super quick repair! Would 100% reccomend to all!
Balgores did a top job. Car fixed within 2 weeks, the front of my car now looks as good as new. Good communication throughout - cant falter! Thanks
Never again! It took them 6 weeks to repair small parking damage. I have to return the car 5 times to finally get it done properly. I do not recommend this place.
