At last, after months of searching, I found a garage (and so much more) that is worth driving the distance for. I had given up all hope of finding an honest reliable repair shop in Essex and then richardsons saved the day. No just the once but on every occasion I needed help with my vehicles.The team are a delight to deal with, nothing is too much trouble. Mark you must be very proud of them. And for what you get I would rate the service as great value for money.

The guys (and girls!) at Graham Richardsons were fantastic. They booked the car in quickly and liaised with our insurance company on our behalf. Considering it is an older vehicle, they colour matched the paint job perfectly and it was so good, you would never had known that my husband had scraped and dented 3 sections of the car against a brick wall! The customer service was great - the lovely Julia kept us in the loop, every step of the way and even arranged for Kim to pick me up, so I could drive the car home, once it was ready - thank you! I have no hesitation in awarding 5 stars and would thoroughly recommend such a reliable, local company.
