good friendly staff and food is the best you will get from a petrol station

Well run store, Great sandwich's.
Products are of good quality, but the staff are shocking. I've been in numerous times where they have conversations whilst serving customers. Which often results in mistakes and wastes everyone's time. Disappointing to say the least.
The toilets are disgusting, says they are checked regularly....I doubt they are cleaned regularly!
