We phoned up this morning regarding a fridge freezer as ours stopped working the gentleman on the phone was not helpful his customer service leaves a lot to be desired he has really turned down a sale and kept making excuses to deliver a freezer to us and he cannot fit us in now to Friday the earliest if lucky in the end we went with ao.com who will deliver tomorrow and for a cheaper price We thought we would support a local business but after today's experience with anglian electrics I would never do business again
