The food in the cafeteria is disgusting really is no other word for it the last time I ate there was just as bad I thought it was just bad day . Also the seating area is absolutely filthy this is totally Unecessable. As I understand it Asda do not run the cafeteria but unfortunately its there name that is getting the bad publicity .I wasn't the only one complaing about the cleanliness if I knew who the firm was that is running it I would contact them if whoever is supposed to clean that area worked for me I would sack them all !!!! The 3 stars are for the clothing area only
Please teach your staff some parking etiquette. EV and handicap spots are all being used by your (night)staff. Too lazy to walk 20m
Ok store with some decent offers and product. Customer service could be better and need need more baskets. Need better own brand stuff compared to other supermarkets. Not very cheap as expected.
The customer service for this store is terrible.I phoned up to ask if an item was in stock and they were pretty much clueless.Every time I was passed onto a person on the shop floor i was cut off!!Why can't the asda website have a stock check like most stores,Instead of having to talk to clueless staff?
I have been using the click and collect service and today on the 02.06.2018 I received meat which states it was frozen on the 29 Oct and must be consumed by April 2018. Rang customer service who appeared to have no concerns or interest at what had happened Telling me she will document it! Will no longer be using the service or Asda for their errors they appear to have with this service and their lack of customer service
