Benn is an absolute legend and a great hairdresser, got my haircut here loads of times and the environment is fresh, clean and welcoming. Benn's banter is amazing and I can always rely on him to sort me out. Highly recommend
I had a super experience at Benjamin Charles. Relaxed and friendly staff with good advice on hair, followed by a shampoo in a massage chair. (Nice touch). Then I had a great cut and blow dry. I've booked my next appointment. I've found my new salon!!
My mum and I went here earlier on today and we couldnt have been more happier with the service! Not only is it one of the best cuts weve ever had, but the attention to detail and precision used when doing our highlights was unbelievable, they look so natural! Ben is an absolutely top class hairdresser with very good customer service skills. Despite slightly over running on a previous appointment he took the time to come over and apologise to me and offer me a drink whilst I was waiting. Makes you feel completely at ease and provides an exceptional service by listening carefully and then telling you exactly what he thinks will work for you. Clearly very passionate about what he does and I can't recommend him highly enough. Very satisfied, thanks Ben.
I am gutted to not live in Colchester anymore. I tried so many hair salons when I lived there and non were at their level! I always used to book either Natalie or Rachael, they were fantastic, my highlights were so natural and at the roots (believe me I had hairdressers elsewhere starting my highlights almost 2cm from the roots!!)! The atmosphere was super friendly and chatty! I really recommend!
