Toolstation is always excellent value. In my experience the staff are always friendly and helpful. Feels much less intimidating than a builders merchant :)
Stuff costs less than Screwfix. Just check the quality it can be variable.
Used Toolstation loads of times, cheaper than Screwfix and much cheaper than B&Q. The staff process orders quickly and you can even have a free cuppa if you have to wait!
went on website, typed in item description and 780plus items to go through, not user friendly, website needs modernising to autocomplete -predicting similar searches. Phoned toolstation and same thing, girl was very apologetic and willing to go through all items but at what expense to my phone bill, very frustrating. I either have to wait for catalogue or go in to store, very prehistoric way of running a business.
