Bought a Storm watch and the winder broke. Took it back in and was extremely helpful. The watch had to be sent away to be repaired and I was kept up to date the whole time. Was notified when it came back. Very happy and I would recommend them.

I would not recommend. I bought a watch and brought it after one year, as it was broken, with its guarantee. It's been more than one month and I did not receive it back yet. Besides this, they do not keep me up to date and I have to call them to ask for information. Every single time they tell it will arrive soon. Very poor service and people who ignore their customer. I bought several times in the past but never again.
