Nice cinema and nice staff - we told them it was a bit cold whilst we watched the movie ( went in Feb) . They were aware of some heating problems and did their best to mend it that morning. However, as they were unsuccessful, they apologized and gave us some guest tickets. So we'll be going back to Odeon.
Caught a film on a Saturday evening. Pleasant enough staff, if not the most informative about where exactly certain screens were. The seating inside the viewing rooms proper isn't the most spacious, but enough room to comfortably sir through a film. Seat numbers are assigned, along with a row by letter, but these letters are not easy to spot once inside, more so in the dim lighting. "Grab a seat and pray it isn't taken" sort of deal. Toilets are reasonably well kept. The in-house Costa appeared to be having a slow day, taking over 20 minutes to prep 3 drinks
Went with 4 friends to see a recent release, price of food and drink is unreal, take your own! Cliche sticky floors are a given. Staff all friendly and helpful and movie was great
Nice and clean can get a coffee and a snack before you go and see the film. The seats are now worn and need replacing. Didn't speak to any staff as we did do our booking on line. Using the machine to get the tickets was easy with clear instructions. Toilets could do with a lick of paint.
Fairly standard, good number of screens and film options available. Feels pricey but is in the average range of prices for chain cinemas. Disability friendly, child friendly and generally clean. Staff are friendly and helpful when needed.
