Would definitely recommend this company. The guys worked quickly and efficiently and made moving day run smoothly from start to finish. Customer service was excellent and personally I thought the price was reasonable.
Top marks for these guys, they arrived promptly, worked efficiently and great care was taken with all our possessions. They were incredibly patient when faced with a 4 hour delay between properties & worked creatively to sort and unload to ensure we were settled before it got dark. Nothing was too much trouble even though it had been a very long day. Great value for money too.
Booked an appointment for a quotation for our proposed move from Chelmsford to Colchester. Joseph cancelled just before time agreed due to staff sickness. Rearranged for next day but again he did not turn up but he did send a text later to say date of removal was not available which was odd because we do not have a moving date yet..! I said I was unhappy that twice they had not turned up then he asked me why I expected a free quote as I am based in Chelmsford! Yet he suggested visiting because he had to drop boxes off to Chelmsford, I was happy for a phone quote!
