DO NOT BOTHER WASTING YOUR TIME HERE.Disgusting establishment. I was there on a work's Christmas party and after spending WELL over 600 in the restaurant I have my FULL drink cleared from the table and told there's nothing they can do about it and I should just get over it and spend another 5 o a gin and tonic!!!Disgusting behaviour by the staff and I shall be recommending all of my colleagues local to Colchester as well as my firenda not to go there from now on.Ridiculous behaviour after spending so much in the restaurant already, not even the possibility of getting a new drink or seeing someone about my complaint.Disgraceful customer service, poor cleanliness to the general site, especially the toilets and piss-poor quality of food if I do say so.I was prepared to let it go for a good night after the meal but seen as this was ruined by a disgusting level of customer service the rare steak was medium-rare at best, the chips were tepid when they arrive and the salad and garnish that came with it were poorly chosen. The attitude of the staff serving the food was one of disgusting and impatience.General a very poor and unrecommended experience at Hudson's. If I could give 0 rating I would.
