Appalling! Rude, incompetent and arrogant. They have a captive clientele because they are attached to the surgery and they know it. Every time I visit, there is a problem, caused by them, and I'm made to feel as if it's my fault. Replace them all. I would give them no stars, but it isn't using this system.
I would like to share the worest experience I have never received. I hope it will never happen to anyone else because it can cause a serious result. I'd like to warn everyone who has doctor's prescription, should very careful choose a pharmacy, particularly Cavalry Road Pharmacy, Creffield Medical Centre, 15 Cavalry Rd in Colchester. Some of the staff there were deeply disappointing. I was making an inquiry about a specific medicine my doctor has prescribed to me. The staff on the phone was not only unpleasant but extremely rude, she cut off my calls three times. Things went from bad to worse, and in the end she deliberately given me a false hope and told me they could hold the medicine for me, ready for collection after 4pm next day. I phoned the pharmacy around about 4:30pm to make sure the medicine was ready to pick up. The staff who told me no one knew such an order and suggested me to call back about 8pm to speak the pharmacist. When my husband called the pharmacy the staff told him that they did not have the medicine on their system. For TWO days of messing me around some of their staff have demonstrated infompetent and lack of integrity. It is widely known to delay a treatments can worsen the illness of the patient. This pharmacy's staff knew what they were doing but why they were doing it?
Turned up at 730 am on a Monday expecting to be open. Nope. Don't take the opening hours as true!!
