Chris sorted out a persistent back pain issue for me, excellent treatment.
Really impressed with Chris' consultation and advice. Very refreshing to be told that I could come back, but that actually I'd be able to self manage my condition. In my experience the default recommendation is at least a few more treatments, even after symptoms have passed! The result is that I will go back for another session pre-marathon and if I've any running / cycling related hiccups in the future I know where I'll be going. Can't recommend highly enough.
Chris was very professional and has helped me get back from injuries whilst also providing the long term exercises to prevent future occurrences which has helped no end. I would highly recommend him to any one no matter what your physio needs are. Definitely 5 stars here.
