I booked a pre-wedding treatment 40 in December, Unfortunatley I was unable to make it as my 8 month old son was not well I tried calling but it went through to a fax machine they must have returned my call when I was at the doctors long story short before I knew it I had an email saying they had taken the full amount for the treatment from my card which I used for booking the appointment. I rang back when I was done at the doctors and was spoken to in a very patronising manner ( as if I was making up excuses) whilst I was trying to explain why I missed the appointment and at least try and re-scheduled I was told to go back and read the terms and conditions, I was not aware they stored card details in fact they have a few conditions on the website regarding card payments that I wished I had read the terms and conditions before I made the booking and they do not re-schedule appointments appaarently they are constantly fully booked even though I get a txt message the next day asking to make sure I book another treatment ( a bit of a joke Id say) my overall experience I would say was very poor, They seemed to be more interested in the money than the circumstances that made me miss the appointment in the first place I would say beware of this place! The 1 star is only because you have to rate before posting!
More than just a Beauty Salon, BATB is also a wellbeing centre. Marie has amazing knowledge and is very innovative, always looking out for the latest therapeutic solutions.
Have been coming here for all my treatments since I found the place a year ago, so friendly, so welcoming, wouldn't consider going anywhere else
