A local bike shop that is national and internationally known! Not many bike shops can say that! Ive bumped into cyclists all over the country who know Pat or have heard of the shop and/or the club and ALWAYS have good things to say! It is a family run shop by a cycling family that know their stuff. Add that to top quality merchandise that they sell and with bikes and kit in their own name and colours. It doesnt get more professional than that for a local bike shop! I have over the years, purchased 5 Schils bikes ( I still have 3 of them) such is their quality and style, as I personally prefer to have something unique rather than ride a commonly seen Specialised Focus or Trek to name a few, and save money at the same time. So if youre looking for something different, looking for build and quality with the after sales reputation youd expect from a proud cycling family, then youd go far to find another cycling company like Velo Schils. ...Oh, their cycling teams pretty good too!

5 Stars from me I wouldn't go anywhere else. I even drive 45 minutes to get here. Its 100% worth it. Even for a coffee and a hair cut in Schils hairdressing.
One star rated as i couldnt post the review with zero stars.What can i say? This is possibly the worst customer service experience i have had. A bike supplied that was not weight rated for me, out of date groupset supplied and passed off as current, returns policy offered and then revoked. And it doesnt stop there.....The sale of goods act disregarded, illegal and unenforceable fees placed on returns. Once Velo Schils, Patrick Schils, Interbikes, or whichever company is trading there now has your money, that is the end of the customer service. An incredibly disappointing experience. One i would urge others not to endure and to learn from my mistake.
There is only one word that can be used FANTASTIC the staff are helpful and honest and will not try and sell you a bike just to make money. From the moment you walk in until the moment you walk out (7.15 when they close at 6) they are helpful and friendly. I cannot recommend them highly enough, it doesn't matter where you live if your after a custom fitted top grade bike and want friendly experienced service you will not be disappointed.
