Went into the store one evening and ordered a ring. Didnt receive the call over a week later saying in was in store. So I rang them only to be told they couldnt find any record of my order and it cant have been done properly.Totally disappointed, I had no apology and Ive got to go through the whole merigmohol of doing it all over again in store. Gutted.
Very disappointed in this store, walked into the store a few days ago to be told very rudely they were closing so basically they would not allow any orders, maybe they should have closed the doors rather than allow us in to then just be rude to us. Tried again today and the systems were down, at least this time they stopped anyone entering the store.
We've been in here a few times to get household appliances such as carpet sweepers, clothes driers, battery chargers, and they always had what we needed in stock, which is pretty unusual these days. Customer service is helpful and friendly too.
