Shop floor clean and tidy Clothes displayed in colour order and easy to match with other items of clothing. Food always excellent quality and tastes great. A little more expensive but worth it for a special meal.
Clean and tidy in the clothes dept, but the food hall is a bit cluttered . Staff really helpful. Would be useful to have a few seats for men while their partners are trying on clothes. Loitering about in the lingerie is mildly interesting, but not a positive experience really.
Just collected our Christmas dinner and it was so easy! Brilliantly organised and very happy staff made it a pleasure to shop. Well done M and S!
This store can be incredibly manic. The food court area is too small, so you have to tackle an obstacle course of 700 geriatrics just to get a loaf of bread.The home section is pitiful, and the suits selection is terrible (That is my personal opinion of course).Getting served can take an eternity, again especially in the food court.Staff are nice and friendly though.
What can I say it's Marks and Spencers. Great store. The grocery department is the BEST, such delicious A1 class produce. Definitely not cheap but you are paying for the best quality. Very nice cafe, often go there for afternoon tea. Huge range of clothes which again are not cheap but mid range prices. Realistic sizing 12 means 12.
