A while ago I went into the store with my broken MacBook charger to see if they would recycle it. Some of the grey plastic casing around it had come off and I desperately wanted another one, but I'd had to save as money was tight. I had covered the wire with electric tape (and only ever plugged it in when I was in the same room) and removed it before I went to the store, which took more of the plastic off. So when I could finally buy a new one I went to the store, hoping to recycle my old one too. Instead of the staff (who were all male) helping me they just mocked me, spoke down to me and were incredibly condescending and patronising. They gave me a lecture on how 'unsafe' it was, as if I didn't know already. This all happened on the shop floor with other customers around and I was so embarrassed that I just wanted to leave the store. I really had no other option but to use that charger until I could afford another. I left the shop and bought one online instead. Have never been back and would never go back again. Just get your stuff online.
very helpful staff also a very clean and tidy store.the manageress was extremely helpful today. she was rushed off her feet and still made me feel welcome and also took her time talking me through buying an iPad and even setting it up. i highly recommend this store.
The wife needed a new screen protector and I needed some advice on buying an apple watch. After reading the reviews I was a bit worried about going here. We walked in and straight away were asked if we needed any help. I got some great advice about with apple watch and the wife got a top quality screen fitted.The staff were polite, pleasant and knowledgeable.I would happily recommend them to anyone.
Went into the iStore wanting to buy my girlfriend a gift for Christmas. I dealt with a tall dark haired lady (think shes the manager) and she was just fantastic! Helped me get the perfect present which I know my other half will be very happy with. Thank you so much! On a side note, I definitely don't agree with the naming and shaming of people, and I certainly don't agree with the comments. Don't be put off by fake reviews, this place is great!
After reading the reviews on this store I was hesitant to take my dying Mac in for repair however I dealt with a kind young lady she was calm and I couldn't have asked for better service. I being a silver surfer didn't know much but she made things clear and simple. 24 hours later I had my mac returned to me working like the day I purchased it. Give this store a try the reviews in my opinion are very wrong and I find it unacceptable to name and shame. I will be returning thank you iStore
