The quality of the cabinetry and the service from initial design to installation was friendly, professional and had an emphasis on quality. We absolutely love spending time in our kitchen and would highly recommend Blackstone to anyone looking for a new stylish, high-quality kitchen.
Our Blackstone kitchen was installed (by one of Blackstones fitters) in the summer of 2017. We chose the company because we wanted a handmade real wood painted kitchen, which would be a real feature in our newly converted home. I was, and remain, certain that we made the right choice. Our kitchen is beautiful and we love it. Given that the units are painted, I have had to touch up the paint in a few places in the last 18 months; not a time consuming job, but something to bear in mind when choosing painted units. Since installation weve had a few minor snags. Blackstone have been responsive each time and have come quickly to remedy them, free of charge. To me this is an important marker of a companys customer service.
We had looked at several kitchen suppliers but from the moment we walked into the showroom in Colchester, it was clear that Blackstone offer exceptional service. From the initial enquiry, through design, planning, site visits and installation, the service has been excellent. This is a company that is doing very well indeed and and yet all the staff still managed to make us feel as though we were the only customer. We are delighted with our new kitchen and would highly recommend Blackstone.
Fantastic service, quality and value for money. We had our Georgian Shaker kitchen fitted about 2 months ago, and we are so happy with the finished product. All Blackstone staff are courteous and very knowledgeable in their given area of expertise, and communication was seamless. The quality of their kitchens is exceptional, and this is further enhanced by the high standard of fitting and painting.
