I had the worse haircut ever from this branch, the person who cut my hair was so miserable and didnt smile once, which made me feel very uncomfortable.The salon was so cold and dirty looking I couldnt wait to get out of there, there are other hairdressers in the Colchester area that are much better and I wish I hadnt wasted my money.
Phoned for appt on Saturday morning & was lucky enough to get appt the same day. I had Natalie cut my hair, she is fantastic. My second visit to Toni & Guy & will most certainly return. Im very fussy when it comes to my hair and the style being just how I like it, thankfully Natalie has done just that! Price was good aswell!
Excellent, service here is brilliant. My hairdresser Lauren is truly such a lovely girl never ever rushes me. Very very happy.
EDIT: After a disappointing experience, Ive had every issue resolved. A haircut Im very happy with by the talented Natalie who corrected everything into something thats exactly what I wanted, and a bit of help teaching how to style it now. Not all haircuts will be the best, but the professionalism and friendliness by which this was resolved is a testament to this establishment and has definitely renewed by faith in the place.
Fantastic experience at Toni and Guy. My hair is looking healthy and beautifully styled and coloured .Jade gave me the perfect shade for my hair - which had been ruined by another hairdressers in Colchester.I also had thickening extensions done by the wonderful Sarah and it has completely transformed my hair.Thanks to the team for a professional and excellent service - I will be back.
