The staff here are fab, the food is gorgeous and the facilities are beautiful and extremely clean. My only issue is with the pool area which when I was there left me with some breathing issues. I wonder if there was too much chemicals in the water or something....If I use bleach to clean the house I have issues with breathing and I felt the same after just stepping into the pool area. As I said other than that it's a fabulous place.
The spa day and the treatment was amazing the staff where very friendly and welcoming. The facilities where tidy and clean.The only down side to and the reason for a 4 star, was the food within the spa. Got my order wrong 4 times and the worker was rude as well. Plus we never recieved all of the food order for the afternoon tea which we was the drink. Trying to explain this to the people who ran the food part was even harder and in the end we gave up.
Had a voucher from buy a gift for a spa day, included one treatment, which was lovely and relaxing back massage. We had full use of the pool and all the rooms and a lunch. The food was good and you could add more food or treatments on the day if you wanted.
Wow what can I say. Great from start to finish. My first spa day and with my daughter's.We went for my birthday. Emma on reception was amazing. She had only worked there for 3 weeks but she was amazing. So friendly and helpful. She showed us around and kept checking we was ok.
I came here for a spa day, initially I found the pool facilities quite dated & tired.I had a body massage & facial by Kelly which was fantastic & very attentive.We had lunch in the restaurant on site, with the food being tasty & very well presented-with good choice on the menu.The service through the club was very good & pleasant. I would recommend especially as they offer great value deals.
