My son hire van to move contents of apartment. Good price, excellent service and van. Just make sure you have someone to take you there as no real parking on site.

Quick to book online but then leads to you receiving a 20 minute phone call of which you spend 15 mins on hold. why isn't the booking actually completed online? unable to confirm my booking and unable to explain why. sloppy.
We just would like to caution people hiring from Enterprise car hire Colchester who live overseas and pay by credit card. We prepaid for our car hire in advance in full including insurance cover. However before we took the car we were asked us to pay an extra 200 deposit which we did again using our credit card. When we returned the car in perfect condition the 200 was refunded to our card. Unfortunately for us when we checked our Visa Card Statement we had been charged conversion charges on both transactions and this cost us $25 NZ. Why could Enterprise not have put a hold for the 200 as a hotel does, or advised us that they were actually taking the payment so that we could have paid the deposit in cash and avoided the currency conversion charges. Losing $25 on a one day car hire is extremely disappointing and we felt somewhat cheated.
Ridiculous service! I booked the car for the weekend few days in advance. Smooth and fine.Have been called 2 hours before picking-up the car and denied the rental (for which I had paid already). No explanation whatsoever.This service is a joke. I would give 0 stars if I could.
