A really fantastic practice with wonderful friendly, welcoming staff.I have been so Impressed with the service/treatment I received Prettygate that my family have also now all joined up as new nhs patients.So nice to not have to venture into the main Colchester town to be seen and to be able to part right outside the door of the practice.My treatment from the dentist was very thorough and well explained and nothing was to much trouble for any of the great staff. I would thoroughly recommend.Thank you Prettygate staff and look forward to seeing you all in six months time.
Came in extreme pain and was treated with so much care and sensitivity that I was immediately at ease. Since then my whole family and neighbours have joined the practice. The girls at the desk are really friendly and the dentist is super caring and professional, would recommend.
My son needed to see dentist -emergency and the receptionist wouldn't allow him to be seen.We have been patients since the children have been born but a disagreement and the lack of opening meant I changed to another dentist 10 years ago but I still took my children as it near their school.They said he fallen off of list but we have not received any letters.Only yesterday when I originally phoned and the message said taking on new patients ,today told he couldn't register!My son in dreadful pain why when I phoned yesterday wasn't I told about it so I could have register then.Not sure what to do so wrong my experience down for others to judge.
