I had two extractions done this afternoon, and I was very, very nervous about this, however once at the surgery, and once in the dentist chair my mind was put at rest, as the dentist (Mr Parker) done a very professional job. I don't like needles, and I had to have six injections, however he calmed me down, and looked after me very, very well. Top, top dentist, and top, top bloke, shame he thought my Colchester a United shirt was an Ipswich shirt though lol. The receptionists are also lovely as well, and make you feel welcome, which I think is very important.
Really disappointed with the treatment and with the overall doctor's behaviour. I felt like a burden that needed to be disposed as quickly as possible because I was wasting his precious time. I will never visit them again.Update for the owner.I visited two times. You can find my name in your databases. I will not mention the doctor's name publicly for obvious reasons. The second time, I complained about his initial job but he did not redo my filling. Update for the owner No 2.I will give you a second star just because the receptionist was very polite and the dental center hygiene standards were really high.
