Went in with toothache and severe anxiety of dental work. Dentist was amazing, painless numbing injection and a quick wisdom tooth removal means this is the first conscious procedure regarding my teeth in 20 years! Thank you for being so patient with me
Had very poor NHS cleaning session which did little to brighten teeth, then missed an appointment, booked 3 months ahead. Was told I would be reminded but wasn't then received letter saying I had missed two appointments, which wasn't true and that I would no longer be treated unless I went private. I was recovering from a heart attack at the time and dental health is vital to heart problems, so phoned reception but told I would need to speak to practice manager who was away. Called in 2 weeks later and spoke to manager who was not the slightest bit interested and told me I would have to write to the owners. The way I was spoken to was awful. Gave up at that point and will go elsewhere.
Have found customer service and clinical service to be top notch.
shame on you. you break a tooth and leave me in pain with blood coming from my tongue and do nothing to rectifying it by offering an appointment thats no good making me choose between my daughters essential hearing appointment or staying in pain.even pleaded for just ten minutes of your time was no good.shame on you
