I recently visited the spa with my family. I had a fantastic back, neck and shoulder massage as part of their Relax and Revive spa day package. I also visited earlier in the year when I was 7 months pregnant and had the Mother to Be treatment which was so relaxing. The lady who was doing the treatment was really attentive and made me feel comfortable. The spa is part of the Stoke by Nayland Hotel and Golf Club so the grounds are beautiful.The pool area is clean and the hot tub, sauna and steam room were also clean and well maintained. It wasn't overly busy in there like some spas can be on the weekend (we visited on a Saturday). We had afternoon tea in the spa cafe and it was delicious. Not too many sandwiches and a good selection of cakes and a yummy scone.I would highly recommend a spa day here.

Attended this hotel for a wedding and found them to be very tolerant of all the drunk guests. We had a great time and drank until the early hours. We did get thrown out of the pool for bombing but as a grown man I can fully understand why. I will definitely come back at some point and my advice if you're thinking of attending for a relaxing break to phone and ask if there is any weddings being held at the time of your stay. Overall it is a great place with lovely swimming pool and facilities.
I have reserved a room in the hotel via groupon: check in on sat and check out Sunday, unfortunately my car got broken on sat so I've called the hotel asking if I could book for another day, they confirmed that this was possible but I had to book for other days, so I did! On Sunday morning I have received a call from a woman that wasn't really nice, she told that what have confirmed with the girl the day before couldn't be done as the restriction on Groupon! The worst thing if this was told me on the first place I could be able to borrow a car from a friend or rent a car but they called on the check in day and I wasn't able to rent/ borrow anywhere and I had already I had plan for Sunday.Summary, they are just interested in money and not customer, please be aware of It.
