After 20 years here, very disappointed and angry at the way we were spoken to on our last visit. I don't recommend taking your exotics. Will be going elsewhere in future.
I've been with this surgery for over 25 years and always been happy with them. Staff friendly and helpful. The treatment my pets have received has always been relevant and given with the care and respect I would expect from a long standing veterinary surgery.
Awful vets, trying there best to find problems with are Cat that are not there, charged 28 to go back and get a drip needle out which they left in just in case!!! Why didn't they just take it out in the day to save coming back. Think the 28 was something to do with it!!! This was after being charged 215 for tests and they still didn't know what her illness was. They wanted her to go to cat hospital, and come back again for further check ups. Didn't bother and she got better on her own. Disgusting just there to make themselves rich!!! Do not use unless you like being ripped off
Friendly staff, spend time with you to help you understand what is going on. Overall an excellent vets and my puppy is back to good health again.
Do not use this vet, they mis-diagnose, give treatment repeatedly that does not work. Keep charging appointment fees for on going treatment and recommend treatment that could potentially kill your pet!! When questioned about repeat appointment fees for ongoing treatment, the answer? 'Thats how I earn my living!' Great answer!! All about the money no thought for the pet or the owner! Try to play on your emotions to get more money out of you. Changed vets, paid a bit more but now with a proper diagnosis and treatment and now all sorted. My boy is still here, but wouldn't have been if taken Arks recommendation of putting him under anesthetic!
