An excellent veterinary practice. Friendly staff and dedicated team. Always feel very lucky to have this facility for my dogs.
Very professional and polite people. Have good expertise amongst many fields. Went in with my rat and saw Ben he was very informative and empathetic towards the situation. We also use this place for work as well and they've always been excellent.
Great practise full of wonderful expertise all at reasonable prices.It's clean and well presented. Reception staff are welcoming and friendly.We have always been given great advice even in the most sensitive situations.I would fully recommend this practise to anyone moving into the local area.The only down side we've had here was when our cat went missing, a neighbour took him in. As he was chopped they were able to say he lived locally so best to take him back and let him go home. The vets never bothered to notify me of this. We complained and I don't think this would happen again. Other than that all has been 100% fine
Absolutely brilliant experience. Not had a great deal of luck with vets up until now. Knowledgeable, willing to listen and to meet our needs as well as our much loved dog. The practice is very well set up, from reception through to veterinary staff. If you need a good vets in the Colchester area, this is it.
Great service and knowledgeable staff and professionals. Our little dog was very ill as a puppy and Allison helped her and us to get through it all. Great opening hours, puppy checks and good selection of dog food. Thank you for all your hard work!
