Lovely staff , very polite and helpful. Just makes me very cross how much more it costs you to see vet during the night. My doggy had conjunctivitis , they checked her eyeball with dye and gave her ointment , it cost 265! I do have Insurance but it's crazy money.Happy with vet s care and practise though.
Brilliant service at a very difficult time.
Very limited in what they can do. Unable to perform a simple ultrasound scan. Took pet back to my vets on the Monday morning as they had no plan of action when handing over to the day Practice and I had no confidence in them. The fee was extortionate. Told me my pet had been wormed when it hadn't. The day staff at Penrose are disorganised. The practice overall is quite tatty. Not a pleasant experience and I'm surprised my vet wants to be associated with tgem.
After being unable to reach our own vet when our dog collapsed, I contacted VetsNow. They were caring, understanding and very helpful over the phone and once we reached the surgery they were amazing at a very difficult time and talked us through everything that was happening. Although our visit ended sadly, for us, we are grateful for the service we recieved.
Asked whether it was safe to give my lactating dog an antihistamine and I was told they couldnt not tell me without seeing the dog. What a bunch of absolute crooks! Care for animals my arse, all they care about is their pockets!
