Picked up my dog today and had to take him straight into the bath as the smell from him was unbearable . We had left him there for 10 days while on holiday he looked like a dog who had been left to his own self for the whole time, dried poo stuck to his hair which i had to ask for it to be cut off before leaving and his face was like staw his comfort toy was still in the bag Definitely do not recommend and will not be returning
I left my cocker spaniel (1 yr old) Alfie here for 2 weeks whilst on holiday, couldn't have been happier with the kennels everyone very friendly and good with him and the place is very clean with great space for the dogs to get exercise. Thank you everyone for looking after him so well we will definitely be booking him back in next time we are away x

I have only positive things to say about Blackbrook Ltd. I took my little poodle Andy to be looked after. Andy is doesn't like new environments and can sometimes be sassy but the staff at Blackbrook made him feel welcome and he had a great time. Would 100% Recommend
