please shear with Honda its difficult layout of office and customer service staff mixup who work for whom confusion , place him self like little dirty , need moransation its look like a big services point rather than show room , staff need more training to look after customers and don't shy to approach the customers without there race . staff need to wear clean and well iron cloths otherwise its look like they just wake up and come to job , this place for sure need new young approach from management.

I've recently had a really positive experience with this dealership. My car went in for a recall on the wiper drainage system which was carried out in a couple of hours. Unfortunately I noticed a crack in the windscreen the following day. I phoned the dealership and spoke to Nick on the sevice desk, explained the situation and he arranged for the windscreen to be repaired with no quibble or fuss. Obviously they looked the car over and checked that it was plausible that the crack could have happened during their repair of the wipers and when happy that this was the case, they replaced the windscreen. Great service and handled in a thoroughly professional manner. Thanks Nick.
