Have a service plan with these jokers, I have booked multiple MOTs with this place and more often than not, they are not on time and keep me waiting for hours on end. How hard is it to keep to schedule? I understand that the tester can be late sometimes, but by hours? And more than once?! You guys suck! I am a disabled old man, shame on you for keeping me waiting so many times and for so long!
