Very happy with my first service and the fitting of a towbar to my Macan. Initially thought the cost of the towbar was rather high but after seeing how well it was fitted and the amount of the cars systems it integrates with I feel is was a fair price. The service staff were very friendly and made the handover at each end very smooth. The team are very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about Porsche which is great.Please do keep your service team accessible not like Mercedes where they hide in an office and you have to get them out via the receptionist.I also like the fact that its possible to park easily at the dealership. Sounds obvious but at most dealers its hard to get parked.
