Had my Toyota serviced and it's runs like a dream
I'd like to thank Armani for taking control of an initially bad experience I was having with Lookers Ford Commercial Colchester. Initially, there was a serious lack of communication and general care for me as a customer and this concerned me as to what sort of care was being given to my truck. Armani took control of the situation and from that point on I felt there was genuine care being given to me as a customer and importantly to my truck. Armani personally dealt with my truck through all stages, kept me informed, and even delivered it back to me at my home address.It's a shame that I had to express such concern at the beginning to receive the attentive care that I eventually did get.If the General Manager reads this review then I'd strongly recommend you praise Armani for her hard work and professional character to turn around such a bad customer experience. I'd even go as far to say she should get a raise and head up your customer service improvement scheme (it's desperately needed).To summarise, this could have been a 1 star review but Armani helped to turn it around. Whilst my experience wasn't great, I will use Lookers Ford Commercial Colchester again but I will always ask for Armani to handle my enquiry.

Going here for years. Knowledgeable, they keep costs competitive, need a new van, but got nervous when the rep answered my question about do the new vans rust. I think they don't now... looking for a 4WD option L2H3, so it's good in snow!
