Best crossfit gym in the country
Outstanding training facility! When you walk in the door you can immediately 'feel' the energy in the building. Everyone is so welcoming and the mix of people is just great. Everyone only ever wants the best for each other, and all celebrate each others success! Brilliant!
Amazing place. The coaches are passionate and knowledgeable, and the workouts are scalable so everyone can take part. I love it and wouldn't want to go anywhere else!
I love this gym. I have been a "serial gym member" trying pretty much every gym in Colchester. This is the only one I stuck to (I'm 18 mo in and go at least 3x per week... Usually more). It's hard not to get addicted to this place. I was completely intimidated when I went. I was on my own, in my late 40's walking into a building where everyone looked so fit. It seemed like everyone knew eachother and I'd never be accepted as part of the team. How wrong was I? There are all sorts of fitness levels and everyone was so welcoming. Age doesn't matter and everything can be adjusted to meet your fitness levels. I currently train with a super fit 23 yr old and a 35 yr old mum of two (you know who you are)!! There is no need to feel like you don't deserve this gym. Can't recommend it enough.
Never been a gym lover until I found this place! The coaches, staff and members are so welcoming and friendly. The premises is amazing and offers so much! Highly recommended!!
