Adult only ( no kids ) treated by the club like second class members.
Re my 12 month membership which expires end of this month, advised that I not renewing and now they trying to charge until April 2019? Terrible customer service, there was a good chance I would of renewed in the new year at some point for a fully family membership but not now.
Atmosphere is good and it is the best gym I have been to and it is always tidy and I would recommend people to join.
Great club. Friendly staff and good facilities. Reason for 4* is the number of children that are allowed to scream beyond a level that is comfortable for everyone else.
Not cheap but its an excellent club. The instructors are all of a very high standard and the staff as a whole are friendly and welcoming. Its family friendly but certainly not over run by children.
