Excellent gym with a decent amount of equipment
was great gym until so called improvements a lot of good kit gone more crowded down stairs accident waiting to happen more emphasis on cardio more like a studio now with weights and resistance machines tucked in where they fit nearly got hit with dumbell through lack of room what a shame!
No swimming pool, or it would be great
Great venue. We go for Colchester climbing club. Great club.
A good range of equipment. Other users are very respectful. The assistants are professional and very friendly.
