Great gym for the money
5***** and why not?!Ive been to ALOT of gyms and this bar far is the BEST gym Ive been too. I dont sit outside in the car change my mind and go home.The customer service via staff is wonderful, they are so friendly and accommodating, always willing to go extra mile.The members are lovely and the vibe is great, members are friendly, clientele is a good mix of diverse and eclectic range and the age group varies anywhere from young adolescent to an older age range, and where possible everyone is willing to help each other and cheer each other on.Classes are hit and miss however not down to the gym mainly external instructor change overs. But thats to be expected.Under new management and she is friendly and hands on - speaks to members as much as the staff on the floor and always makes a point of greeting or talking to members!Great PTs as friendly as the members and the staff - They also all have extensive knowledge base and willing to help or advise members! Dont be daunted by the idea of going to a gym - not every gym ticks all the boxes, however this one is worth the membership and will surprise you given the chance!

Worst gym when it comes to cancelling your membership. Even though I notified them that I will be cancelling after a month AND they confirmed that after my next payment I should cancel my direct debit, I kept receiving emails that I need to pay administrative charges because I cancelled my direct debit. Tried reaching them on the phone and waited more that half an hour every time. Finally got through to them and they said these emails are automatic. Bullying at its best.. my credit score was affected by them!!!! What a nightmare! NEVER AGAIN WOULD I VISIT THIS GYM
Amazingly 15 minutes before closing time, the staff closing up procedures was to turn off the lights in the pool leaving my 6 month pregnant wife swimming in the dark. I understand those in the gym got an equally abrupt indication that their time was up! Really not smart!
