broke a repaired part and caused a major oil leak, didnt even think to tell me so only discovered once getting home. Now requires complete repair.All for a recall that had nothing to do with that part anyway so no reason for them to have been messing with it

Mixed review , sales Team friendly approachable and professional , we dealt with Peter Smith and he was brilliant , he never pressurised the sale and was very helpful. However very disappointed with advice given from the Service Department. Vehicle was booked in for a full service and we asked for a rattle on the exhaust to be investigated . We were then told after the inspection the entire rear section of exhaust needs replacing ( car is 5 years old ?!) . I have since had a second opinion and there were two bolts that had come loose on the exhaust , these have been tightened and problem solved . A simple 20 fix , as opposed to nearly 600 that i was quoted from the service department. Honesty is the best policy Cooper BMW
Dealt with Phil in new car sales (although I kept calling him Paul) I can honestly say I couldnt of been dealt with in a more polite and professional way. Nothing was to much trouble for Phil. I gave Phil my requirements and budget which he did his absolute best to meet. From the first phone call to a couple of test drives to doing a deal that met my needs was conducted in my opinion to the highest possible standard. I have nothing but praise for Phil and I can guarantee that I will not hesitate in doing business with him again when I need to change my car.Many many thanks for all your help PhilRegardsRobert

We were not engaged in conversation straight away by one of your sales team, which is pleasing as we like some time on our own when make any purchases of this nature, your sales negotiator Terry Parker was readily available to answer our questions, offer suggestions and arrange a test drive. We were also satisfied with the post purchase advice which Terry Parker supplied regarding the delivery status of same . Upon delivery of same Terry explained the various controls and features which our new BMW series 1 has.
