I've recently been transferred to this surgery and by god it's dreadful.It's virtually impossible to get through to anyone on the phone as line is always busy ot I'm just left on hold waiting.Once you do get through, its impossible to get an appointment. Staff don't seem really helpful and being friendly is not a great point to this surgery.

No one answers the phone. I have to come in to the clinic to book or confirm an appointment. This is so frustrating!
