Can't open window in the toilet. Disgusting. In the middle of summer. At a GPs surgery, where they're meant to know about hygiene and public health. Told the nurse and she just said it's not her problem. Typical.
It would be really nice to have the phone answered instead of sitting for 25 minutes listening to it ring when I'm trying to get an appointment for my 8 week old daughter absolutely disgusting !!!
I've had excellent and thorough care from the GPs I've seen at Wimpole Road Surgery.
Found this surgery to be very good! The Receptionists are very friendly and welcoming and take time with patients. The doctors and nursing staff listen to the ailments which are troubling you and recommend different options.Have had many health problems and these have been treated well and involved specialist treatments. The one doctor I found condescending and rude was a female elder doctor who has thankfully now left.Wonderful place and the fact you can book appointments and prescriptions online makes life easier.
