Absolutely freezing inside in the winter months, completely useless staff, nobody is re wracking their weights, no natural light inside. Definitely not recomended.
Not my normal Pump Gym, I am a member of Watford but did a visit here last months when staying with family, equally as good a facility, would highly recommend !

New, clean and with masses of room and equipment, probably the best value gym in the Colchester area, especially now there are more classes.Very popular as it has captured a lot of trade from the deteriorating Bannatyne's across the road, so sometimes busy at peak times.No pool but a sauna included in changing rooms.
Great gym, really reasonably priced too. Open 24hrs with fingerprint entry. Great range of classes. Tonnes of equipment. Really clean, with sauna and showers etc. Only thing missing is a pool.
