BEAWARE this surgery lost all my personal details. Once I completed a new patient application form I was told it could take up to 3 weeks to register. I called back 4 weeks later and they had no recollection or forms regarding my application. They asked me to come in again and fill out forms. The next day they called me and said sorry they can't take me on as I'm outside their area. I asked why was I told originally I could be? The answer was sorry we have a lot of new staff at the moment.

As mentioned in other posts, the waiting time when you call to get an appointment is appalling, and by the time you finally get through all the appointments for that day are gone. When you ask for the next day they tell you that you will have to ring up again tomorrow..They are however willing to fit you in ,in a couple of weeks by which time you could be deceased. The doctors in general are fine but seriously thinking of changing because of the virtually impossible task of getting an appointment for the same day.

Tried calling the past three days. Ive been on hold for 62 minutes each time, on the third day I decided to conduct an experiment. By the 60 minute mark, I decided to keep on hold but drive to the surgery to see what kind of pressure the surgery was under to not answer a call for over 60 minutes. When I arrived there was 1 person waiting in the doctors. I went to the front desk (my phone still on hold) the phones were flashing but nobody was answering. So I politely removed my phone out of my pocket so the receptionist could see I was on hold still. Her face was a picture. Clearly I was irrated at the fact they just outright refuse to answer calls or there incompetent to pick up a phone. I demanded I get seen, to which they managed to fit me in (convienent) the doctor wasnt helpful, the drugs he prescribed gave me hallucinations which was the reason for my visit. He told me to stop taken them, fine. I said in that case I need a replacement drug but NOT the drug prescribed before as it did not work, hence why I was put on the other drug that happened to make me hallucinate.... so what does he do, print me out a prescription for the drug that they took me off of because it didnt work. To add to my experience I was supposed to get physio- they said the department tried to call me, only on a private number given the fact I work Im unable to answer which i specified so a voicemail would have been ideal so I could return the call. This did not happen, so I politely asked for there number which they could not provide. Theyve now had to fit me in for a new appointment I ask what time will they call, they couldnt answer that question. It seems like nobody listens or they are just a bunch of incompetent staff. I think Ill stick to the drugs that make me see red spiders ...as that is a better experience then the experience I had with them. THE END.

Rung up at 8.45am. Booked appointment for 10:15am. Turned up and waited for 5 minutes until being seen to. Was seen by a very nice lady called Tracy. Perfect service & everybody's polite. It's unfortunate that most people only have something to say when it's negative.

Takes an age to get through on the phone regardless of the time of day. Took 15 attempts to get through yesterday and so far 7 today. I've been in a queue with one person in front of me so far for 22 minutes.... I appreciate they must be busy but clearly they need more reception staff. Makes me reluctant to bother and with 2 young children this isn't great! When trying to book an appointment you get told to call at 8am then when you finally get through all of the appointments are gone.
