Doctors are good but receptionists are rude ignorant and rediculous. If you don't care about others well being don't work at a surgery!
Receptionist is very rude, some doctors act like they dont care at all, very poor behaviour.
They have yet to fix any medical problem i have taken to them for instance. I went in with hearing difficulty as i have a burst ear drum and can blow air and puss out of it constantly. because I was conversing with the doctor he immediately told me there was nothing wrong with my ears. HE DIDN'T EVEN LOOK IN MY EARS! Also when I summoned the courage to tell them my worst problems they paid no attention to my words. they said I was suffering anxiety. I am a middle aged man that was telling a stranger my worst darkest problems and this was the cause of my anxiety. I only suffer anxiety on the one occasion I have had the courage to disclose very personal information. I WONT HAVE THE COURAGE AGAIN TO DISCLOSE ANYTHING TO ANYONE! thank you for smirking me off doc
Been at this practice many years and have had to use their services many times due to serious medical problems in our family. I have found it excellent. In particular I like the way that you can just turn up and wait to see a doctor in the morning.
The rudest practice manager I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. She is relatively new to the role but her attitude is archaic. She has a negative can't be bothered attitude, with below standard listening skills. The majority of the reception staff are lovely as are the Drs and the lovely Nurse that takes blood. They need to bring back the old practice manager who knew about professionalism.
