Staff have a disgusting degrading uncompansionate attitude and doctor johnson is not thorough by any means
The staff are very nice here but they really need to improve the service of this surgery. If you are two min late they will cancel your appointment and at other times they make you wait more than 30min when you already have a booked appointment. Very disappointing. They have no consideration that patients have other plans, responsibilities and work too. Waiting 10-15min is fine, but more than 30min is taking the mick!
Treatment bad you see a practitioner nurse not a doctor who gives you prescription thats signed by Qualified doctor at the practice You are told that a appointment to see a specialist is made by the nurse practitioner which he can not do as it as to be done by a Qualified doctor.Just had a lot of trouble to get a repeat prescription after 3 phone call to the sergrey and being pass from one person to another and then starting all over again a really bad service.I am transferring to a different sergrey.
Al I wanted was to speak to a doctor on the telephone. Today is Monday and I can't get an appointment until Wednesday, totally ridiculous. Talk about 'things ain't what they used to be' it's really, really worse than bad.
GP is great and I understand their hands are tied but you can never get an appointment! It would be interesting to know rhe statistics this has on people's health deteriation because of the new system?!
