I count myself extremely fortunate to have rented a lovely terraced house through the fabulous team at Belvoir. This is not my first rental experience but it is by far the best: I cant think anybody can have had a better experience. A stable and dedicated team who clearly enjoy their work and this makes communication easy and good natured. Any issues have been dealt with very quickly - even within the same day. My neighbour has a very different and negative experience with her agent - who often doesnt reply to emails or phone calls for weeks. I cant recommend Belvoir highly enough and would not want to move to a non Belvoir let!
Julie was amazing from the moment she answered the phone. Really knowledgable and helpful in regards to lettings and explained all options clearly to enable me to pick the best choice for me. I did not feel rushed at any point, and Julie went out her way to support me. Quality service.
Such a great agency! I'm a tenant who has just extended my lease because I have had the best experience with all the staff here - nothing has been too much trouble. The professionalism from Julie, Sarah, Elena, Natalie and Hayley is second to none and I would strongly recommend using Belvoir for your next move whether it be buying, selling or renting!
Unfortunately first impressions havent been good. Initial contact when there were issues with our rented property were difficult, issues didnt seem to be logged properly, always talking to different people so there was no consistency we felt as though we werent being believed or listened to. When an email of complaint was sent in twice they were both ignored (to the managing director) and have never been replied too.The property wasnt to the standard we would have expected when we moved in, our inventory feedback was never acknowledged.Things have recently got a bit better but a lot of work needs to be done to make us feel valued and welcome and not just a number.
I must say I am very happy with the services offered by Julie and her team at Belvoir! They are professional, reliable and very transparent. They care about you as a tenant and they always go the extra mile to help out. They are very efficient in resolving queries, and most important, they are honest and compassionate. They care about you and your circumstances and they put extra effort in helping out. They don't just rent you a property, they also make you feel like home.
