Had viewing through Michael's which was arranged with Connor a few days ago. Turned up to viewing to be told by the seller she had no appointments today! Michaels told me when I phoned that there was a "glitch in the system" and no appointment was ever made! Most embarrassing situation for both parties. This is the first time I have dealt with Michaels and now my last as they have lost a potential client.
I was reading the other reivews on here are thought my experience was a one of with their questionable customer services and blunt nature. But as more frequent negative reviews are being left i think I'm not the minority and getting rubbish help from this lot
I've found that MPC Colechester is a fantastic company if what your looking for is to have as much of your time and money wasted as possible, and to have your blood pressure raised by worrying degrees. I have had the absolute pleasure of helping a friend fight tooth and nail with these lacklustre, ineffectual, impunctual "estate agents". If you had the whole picture of being this agencies "customers" it would look alot like having your teeth pulled by a one eyed labourer with Parkinsons, no concept of time and a rubber mallet. Shaky, drawn out, leaving a dull ache punctuated by sharp agony. Oh, and the whole thing cost you 400 ahead of time. And because the money was taken before the teeth being ripped out you can't be mad that they've got the wrong ones!! Or in my friends real case. Getting charged a 400 "holding fee"?? Not getting a contract until dats before moving in. Getting the previous tenants out two days after when agreed. Not cleaning the flat at all! They've been there a month and not had an official inventory. The nail in the coffin is their obtuse and unhelpful service staff dragging there heels like they're being marched onto a train in 1943 Poland. To change a lightbulb and fix a toilet. Wow. Impressed to say the least, keep up the good work MPC you're one of the best in colechester I hear. Cheers.
