Had the help of Chloe Haken, she was amazing at trying to help us find the perfect home! Honestly would use her again as she was very friendly and helpful. Always stuck to her word and made it feel like we as a family were the priority and not just letting the house.
Dealt with Courtney in this branch, she is head and shoulders above any other letting agent Ive dealt with, fast, on the ball, and gives good old fashioned customer service. We had a long contract with William h brown. To begin with they were pretty good! However we didnt get the weekly updates we was promised. Therefore meaning we was always having phone them instead. They did however get some viewings for us. But I do feel many of those were persuaded to come and see the house. Despite not actually having interest in our house to begin with! So this did waste a lot of our time! A few of the staff in the Colchester branch are quite rude as well, and dont always return calls/ emails. Not enough selling of our house, merely just standing next to them and not really trying to get a sale. I feel they were more set on selling the bigger houses. As we did actually get told by William h brown they are the ones selling. So ours didnt really feel like a priority to them. And to top it off our house was removed from all the necessary pages nearly a week before our contract was up (without informing us). So we will not be recommending them, nor will we ever use their services again!

I cannot recommend Phil and his team highly enough. From initial contact to completion we had nothing less than brilliant service. Our house sold quickly and the support we received from Jo whilst the move progressed was fantastic and very reassuring. Part of our chain was with a well known online estate agent and the difference was immense you really do get what you pay for!
