As a landlord, you would do well to avoid this company. They are not in the least bit interested in carefully vetting which tenants they let into your property, so long as they can gleam their reference and admin fees. Forget about getting the place inspected. They very causally turn a blind eye to sub-letting. AVOID.
Thanks to the efficiency, politeness and high standard of communication of all the staff at Elms Price, the sale of my property was seamless. The lettings department dealt with the outgoing tenants, leaving the sales team to the communicate with the purchaser together with solicitors on both sides of the transaction to ensure a smooth transition for all.
